Initially attending school to become a Psychologist\, Red Five decided she was better able to help people through her true passion – music. \nHer journey into DJing began with Dance Music Initiative’s educational classes\, where she first learned to spin records on vinyl. After almost a year of training on both vinyl and CDJs with DMI\, she landed her first opening slot at Youtopia 2017. In recent years\, Red Five has played across the country and across the world\, from Vegas to Miami and all the way to Amsterdam. \nHer sound is refreshing and unique\, combining elements from the industrial techno scene with her love of funky disco to create a groovy tech house sound.
