Lover of all things nature, Matthew Anthony’s official releases and DJ sets are ironically, the polar opposite; fusing his talent of impeccable percussion with borderline-offensive 90s hip hop, funk-driven basslines, and distorted textures, he defines it himself as “house music with extra bass.” His sound pays homage to the past while evolving with the present, nesting the dirtiest of dirt, on classic, yet playful foundations, equating to underground experiences unparalleled in today’s scene.
