Founded in 1977\, the Chosen Few DJs – Alan\, Wayne Williams\, Terry Hunter\, Mike Dunn\, Tony Hatchett\, Jesse Saunders\, and Andre Hatchett – produce one of the largest and longest running House Music events in the world\, the annual Chosen Few Picnic & Festival\, which attracts some 30\,000 “house heads” from around the world to Chicago each July. In addition to his local\, national and international DJ appearances\, Alan’s online show\, “Saturday Night Live with DJ Alan King” on Twitch\, is one of the most popular online DJ shows on the platform\, attracting hundreds of viewers and a “who’s who” of industry A-Listers on Saturday nights for Alan’s 6+ hour DJ sets.
